How Do I Get My Free Download?
For physical products that include a free digital download, you need to add both the physical item and the digital download item to your cart. The discount for a free download will be applied at checkout.
USPS tracking says my order was delivered to the wrong place!
A small percentage of USPS shipments have been displaying inaccurate tracking data. Despite that, 100% of our shipments have made it to the correct address.
If the address in your order confirmation e-mail is correct, then you should be all set. Just give it a couple of business days after the tracking says “delivered.” If your order still hasn’t arrived by then, please reach out to us at support@filthyrecs.com.
